We truly appreciate the level of time and effort expended by Ben in order to complete this sale in the time period required and to achieve a final sales price 7% above the asking price. Ben was always available, day or night, to answer our questions and respond to inquiries from the buyer's agent. Overall, the sale was completed in a more than acceptable period of time and the financial results were much better than we had anticipated. It was Ben's knowledge and experience that made these happen.

I really enjoyed dealing with Ben Williams. Not only is he very friendly and knowledgeable, but he is incredibly accessible. I tried to limit my texts/phone calls to normal business hours, but he always replied immediately to any questions/concerns I had. His business hours extend way beyond the usual 9-5. I'm amazed at his energy and enthusiasm. His knowledge of the Texoma area is also impressive.
