ben williams was the greatest. always available and worked with my schedule. i work nights and he was always good about contacting me when he knew i would be available. kept me informed about what was going on with other sales in the neighborhood and with my sale. i strongly feel like he got me a great deal on the property and have already recommended him to a family member who may be in the market to sell in the near future.

After using a couple other agents I ran across Ben Williams and immediately became aware of a difference. I needed somebody to hear me when I said I literally had 30 days to find a house that was right for me and my family. Until then the other agents were hearing me but not becoming aggressive enough Ben stepped in and made it happen for us. We are now comfortably living in our new home and are very pleased with the house and the whole process Ben helped us with. Thanks Ben !
