Everything properly handled. Ben was efficient and timely in getting the property listed and in responding to interested parties for its sale. He kept me and my sister abreast on the status of showings, etc. The property was quickly sold for the asking price. Since the property was sold so quickly, Ben was able to give us additional time to adequately clear the property of personal belongings/furnishings, etc. I would highly recommend Ben and his brother David and their realty firm again. They are in my opinion, #1 real state agents. This property was put up for sale when my stepfather passed away and my 90 year-old mother was placed into an Assisted Living facility. This presented a lot of responsibility in itself. Benjamin made my sister and my responsibilities more bearable and achievable.
