This realty company is simply the best. They understood what I wanted & needed and in record time my house was sold! So as they say, “Be careful what you wish for!”, my wish was to sell my house and make some money, Benjamin sold my house AND I made some money! He & his team are the best in the business! You will not go wrong when the decision you make is to use their services! Thank you Benjamin for all your hard work and dedication to your customers, you always put them (us) first!! The time it took to sell my home was literally about 6 hours, about 1/2 a day …. In the blink on an eye …. Awesome service!! He is the best! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and always has the time to spend with his clients … Amanda Gonzalez was my mobile notary (and is a realtor with Benjamin’s team) and I knew when I saw who I was going to deal with there was going to be no issues or problems and she would be able to help answer any questions that I might face. Just an AWESOME realty company, very personable, knowledgeable and friendly customer service. I wouldn’t choose any other company to represent me or to help me!!

He's very knowledgeable, professional as well as personable and respectful Ben was very through and great to work with. He's very forthright and knows the process from all aspects from start to finish! Wanted someone that was a native San Antonion, with experience and credentials. Plus he came highly recommended by our son! Ours was a new build so he oversaw that process and guided us through.

Ben is the consummate professional. He went above and beyond to help when I didn't have time. He also was very responsive to my questions and inquiries. Overall, we are very satisfied with his knowledge and willingness to make this process as smooth as possible. Not only is he a top-notch person, he has established a great foundation for his business which is providing superior customer service from the moment that you meet him and beyond. I don't believe Ben has ever met a stranger. His friendliness, kind heart, love of the business and wonderful smile definitely made us feel valued and appreciated.

The experience was easy with Ben’s help.

Mr. Godina is an honest hard-working trustworthy American U.S. Navy veteran. He always kept us informed of the current state of the listed property. He constantly strived to keep the process in perspective and in our best interest.

He knows his stuff and is a very confident person. I was very happy with the services he provided.

We had the best experience buying our first home. Benjamin Godina was knowledgeable and friendly every step of the way. Ben went above and beyond to help us find the right home for us. We definitely recommend his services to family and friends in the future.
