I have known Bernice for a few years now. She is a top-notch professional and an expert in her field. As long as I'm in Houston, Bernice will be handling my real-estate needs.

Bernice Blum was one of the best things that happened to me when I moved here from Florida. She was referred to me by my daughter and she took care of me like a daughter. She was knowledgeable, easy to contact, always willing to help, pleasant as can be, and working with her was a great experience. I recommend her highly. Bernice Blum was/is everything I could have hoped for in helping me find a house in my favorite neighborhood, Westbury, and she was as excited for me as I was, well, sorta, but she knew how happy I was and i would not have been successful without her. The experience was absolutely delightful and informational and rather fun. Bernice Blum was a great help when we negotiated the price and reviewed the inspection report. She just knew and explained it and/or took care of what needed to be done, always informing me about the steps she took. Very easy to work with.

Bernice Bloom got us the perfect house for a great price, she guided us and walked us through the process. we bought our first house with Bernice and will have her again if we ever decide to buy another one. for sure.

Excellent broker.
