Beth has gone over and beyond to meet my needs as I sold my house and purchased a condo. She has advocated for me in every way, especially with the condo purchase! I appreciate Beth’s level headedness, patience, and standing up for me as a home buyer!

There's no better realtor in the Frankfort/Lexington area! Accessible, patient, and hard working, Beth Brock is great!

Beth is very knowledgeable about the market and gives great advice. Always very responsive to any questions you may have at anytime night or day. The thing I like most is she is very responsive to any question either party may have to help the closing happen as soon as possible. This has become a huge issue with all the documents that have to be submitted today before any closing buying or selling.

We met Beth from a previous real estate experience and her professionalism, patience, and gentle personality stood out. When we begin the process of selling our household wife and I both wanted to use her. Beth was exceptional in selling our home. She provided direction on selling our house for the most money possible, was transparent throughout, and stayed in contact and was available when we we needed. She set a high standard for how an agent should be. If you are looking for an agent to help you with buying or selling a home, then contact Beth Brock. She was excellent through the entire process. Her demeanor, understanding of the business, positive personality, and transparency was much appreciated. We do not have one negative thing to say about her or the services that she offers.

Beth Brock and Simpson & Associates are great people and and provide great service. I could not be happier!
