Beth Coombs is a consummate professional. Her advice and service were outstanding. Unlike some other realtors with whom I've dealt, she didn't disappear once the sale went into escrow; she took the iniative to call and advise me on the process every step of the way. She has a very thoughtful and helpful approach that eases the stress level inherent to a real estate purchase. I recommend Beth without any hesitation at all.

Knowledgeable, honest, and no nonsense.

I have bought/sold/flipped a dozen properties within the Laguna Woods Village and Beth is one of the best I have worked with. I would not hestiate a minute to work with her again

Beth knows this area and how the market is doing. She is excellent at her job and a good person.

Beth was so kind from the very first time I called her. Then once we meet face to face she made it feel like we were friends! She was always so willing to roll up her sleeves and get things done that I wasn't able to do living out of state. I have worked with agents in the past that have not done what she did or been willing to communicate with me as much as she did! She is amazing and you would be lucky to work with her!

Beth's local knowledge and resources were very helpful. We are out of state. She kept us in the loop, took care of repairs, got rid of furniture and made the sale and closing totally stress free. I can't recommend her enough.

We needed a broker who we felt would give us honest answers to our many questions. Someone with a proven track record of successful home sales in our neighborhood. One who would answer all the many email and text messages we would send, and within a very short time frame. One that managed to remain cheerful and encouraging all through the long process of selling a home in Laguna Woods, and be there for us every step of the way. We found all of this in Beth Coombs, and would recommend her to anyone.

Beth is a Godsend. She could not have been more perfect. She is super knowledgeable, friendly, direct, honest, thorough, professional and most of all caring. She truly went up and beyond the call of duty with all her responsibities. I wish everyone we dealt with was like her and could immediately get our trust and respect. We already miss interacting with her and plan to stay in touch. Century 21 Rainbow should clone her. A++++++ I can't believe how well Beth knows the product and the systems. Most of it she knew immediately, but if she was ever in doubt, she reseached to get the exact answer. If there was a column for Better Than Excellent, I would rate her there. And, I am super critical. We love her. Beth made a very fast purchase and difficult introduction to an extremely complicated system a joyful experience.

Beth is a known quantity: energetic intelligent and very careful at planning and execution of her plans. There was never a question about using anyone else. Beth made everything go smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a superb realitor. Beth is simply the best! Beth made herself available whenever I needed her, even on her day off. I am very satisfied at the professional services I received by Century 21 Rainbow.
