Beth Eaton

Beth Eaton was recommended to me when we decided to build a home in Cypress. We moved from Louisiana and needed a rental until our house was built. Beth found us a 6 month home rental that we could afford and was close to the house we were building!! She handled every issue we had easily and was at all of the new home inspections without being asked! She is a wealth of knowledge and knows her business inside and out, plus she is easy going and friendly, Beth definitely understood our issues coming from in from out of state! I will definitely recommend Beth to anyone needing a realtor, she is absolutely the best!!!

Beth was amazing to work with. She sold our home in less than 24 hrs and made the buying and selling process smooth. She was always quick to respond to our messages and eager to answer any questions we had. We are truly grateful for the way she supported and cared for us throughout the entire process.

My mother had passed away and I knew when it came time to sell her home that I wanted it to be Beth. Mom my would have love Beth. Beth was great with the delicate situation and was very compationate. She also went above and beyond her agent duties by helping with the winter month and staging the house when potenial buyers were coming by to see the house when I could not. Beth knew the area and helped me with a competitive price. I am very pleased with the negociations, sale price and the total outcome of the process. I would recommend or use Beth again in the future.
