Elizabeth Forkner was very supportive, very proactive and super patient in answering all of my questions.

It was a pleasure working with Beth. She is great, and I will continue to recommend her to my friends and family when they need a realtor. Ted Carbone

She goes above and beyond.

We were relocating and our company chose Beth to be our realtor. We were overly pleased with Beth. We had limited time in Savannah and she changed her schedule around to accommodate us! Beth communicated quickly with us and always answered my questions. She went above and beyond to help us! Beth was so professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. She was so sweet and someone that was more like a great friend as well as realtor! The BEST realtor we have ever had! Beth helped us get our dream home and the experience was so enjoyable due to her expertise and wise counsel.

I could be wordy about my comment, but I’ll be brief and say Beth is the best. Great to deal with! Couldn’t be more satisfied with the ease and seamlessness of the sale:

Elizabeth Forkner has helped us with 3 real estate transactions in the past 3 years. She has bent over backwards in helping us look at properties and make each closing worry free. She assisted in getting our house ready to sell as well as h loping with all inspections. Here professional knowledge and experience played a big part in outhouse listing and going under contract in less than 3 days.
