The Beth & Amy team were phenominal during our house hunting journey! They were organized, timly, and fun to work with! Even with the stresses of buying a house in the 2024 market, they made it enjoyable and help ease our minds when going through the process. I would reccomend Beth and Amy to anyone. But, especially to those who are first time homebuyers. They made our experience an enjoyable one!

Thank you so much Beth!

I'm so glad I called Beth again to sell my house and in helping me buy my condo! I think of her as not just a realtor but as a good friend!

This is our third time working with Beth Hanthorn and that says something. She is a Top-Notch realtor.!! The process was smooth from start to finish, she always had our best interest in mind and worked for us. We recommend her if you are looking for someone who knows the business and treats you like family!!

Beth we were very pleased with every aspect of your performance! Your calm, clear, patient explanations helped us to understand each and every question so we could make each decision without fear that we might be missing some aspect or possible option. You were always available and on top of communications regardless of the time or day. We would highly recommend you to friends and family. You earned every penny of your commision! GREAT JOB!!!

Beth Hanthorn did a fantastic job selling my home. I would recommend her highly.

Beth was very responsive no matter what day of the week or what time of the day! She was truly amazing and exceeded our expectations in every way. Our Beloit home sold in 5 days thanks to Beth and the Century 21 Affiliated team...we can't thank you enough!

Beth was very helpful and was always on top of things when there was questions. It made things very easy.

Beth is very easy to talk with about all aspects of buying and selling homes. She, "gets it." She communicates well and is very efficient. We will use her services again. Thank you Beth, for making the selling experience so easy and straightforward.

Beth made the process of selling my parent's home a smooth transaction from start to finish. She listened to what we needed and helped me get the job done. I couldn't have asked for a more understanding and caring person through this emotional sale. Truly a wonderful person to work with when buying/selling a home, I have used her for both.. Highly recommend Beth for all your home buying and selling needs!!
