Beth truly is your "neighborly" realtor. She is a top notch professional with critical knowledge about the complex world of real estate. She answered every question, delivered on every promise and excelled at a level I have not seen before! To me it's a no brainer to work with Beth! She was so kind, professional and helpful! Definitely took a lot of stress off the whole process from start to finish.

We loved working with Beth Ivesdal. She helped our daughter purchase a home in Bismarck, ND this summer. We met her then and agreed she was the person we wanted to help us sell our home in Mandan, ND. I will strongly recommend her to family and friends in the future. Thank you, Beth Ivesdal!

She was awesome!! Attention to our needs, even checking in on our sale, how we were doing. A gem!!!

Beth was amazing to work with. We were first time homebuyers and she helped us through the whole experience. She was kind but honest which we appreciate. She has a calm and warm personality. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor to work with.

Beth is the best. She is very kind and patient person. Thank you so much

Beth Ivesdal was very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. We requested to close earlier than scheduled and she immediatley made it possible. I would highly recommend Beth Ivesdal.
