Beth Sunblade

I cannot recommend my realtor enough! From the moment she helped me list my home, she went above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Thanks to her hard work, knowledge, and dedication, we received an offer over the asking price in just ONE day! I couldn’t have been happier with the results. She was there every step of the way, helping me work through all the inspections and making sure everything was handled with care and professionalism. Selling a home can be an emotional and overwhelming experience, but having someone so dependable, caring, and dedicated by my side made all the difference. I am truly grateful for everything she did for me. She didn’t just help me sell my home; she gave me peace of mind throughout the entire process. If you’re looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about her clients, works hard, and goes the extra mile to get the job done, I highly recommend her. She is truly exceptional!!

Beth worked with us at two different times the first property fell through and we took a break. During our break Beth always reached out with any possibles she thought we might like. Beth is communicative and really helpful we enjoyed working with her. I always knew I could reach out at anytime and she would always answer my call or text a call back time. Beth was never not available for showings and she always informed us of available houses asap. She worked very hard for us and never complained or ignored. You will not find someone better to be on you side.

Beth was always in contact with me and discussing strategies to get my property sold. When we did get some offers we discussed them to see which way to go and how to handle multiple offers. I was very happy with her help and she was very professional.
