Bethany Carlson

Bethany was referred to me. In speaking with her, I felt confident to hire her to sell my condo. She was knowledgeable and I liked that she had experience representing both buyers and sellers. She is great at making beneficial suggestions and is able to think outside of the box. She kept me in the loop during negotiations and was always accessible to take my calls or texts. It didn't hurt that she has a great sense of humor! I highly recommend Bethany as your realtor. Whether you are buying or selling, she'll help you get it done!

From day one Bethany was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable about the area, Whenever we had a question, she answered immediately. She guided us through every single step and made the negotiation stress-free. Thank you Bethany, Silvia L Bello

From start to finish Bethany was professional, accessible, helpful, and exceeded all of our expectations. Bethany guided us through the whole process with confidence and honesty. In the current state of the world, you won't find a better agent than her! Would highly recommend!
