Bethany Nartker was a critical part of my successful sale. She sold me the same house 4 years ago via video. I trust integrity, judgment and professionalism completely.

Bethany is a true professional. She is very skilled and highly suited to this line of work. She was very accessible and was very timely at fulfilling every need we had. We will highly recommend her with great confidence to anyone in need of a realtor! Thanks Bethany!

Bethany did an excellent job with selling our house.

Bethany was outstanding. She understands real estate market trends, expectations, and locations throughout the area very well. We were impressed by what a thorough job she did, how communicative she was, and how focused she was on all the necessary details of our home purchase. We would definitely recommend Bethany to our friends and family seeking to move in the future.

If you are looking for a dependable realtor that goes above and beyond to meet your needs, look no further! We have worked with Bethany Nartker on a few different occasions and she never disappoints. As young adults, we were intimated by the process of purchasing a home. Bethany went the extra mile to walk us through every step of the process. Bethany is kind, driven, and extremely knowledgeable about the Columbus market. I always know I am in good hands when I am looking to buy or sell a home. We have recommended Bethany to many family members who have also had phenomenal experiences. Thank you Bethany for all that you do!

Bethany Nartker is the absolute best realtor we could have ever asked for! She not only helped us find our dream home (and got us a KILLER deal) but was patient too! We were never rushed, she always listened to us, and she knew exactly what we liked. She has helped my family, both sets of my grandparents, and my sister all find amazing homes. She will continue to be our family's realtor as she always pulls through. I have already recommend her to everyone I know, she's the best!

I moved back to the Columbus, Ohio area after spending 52 years in the Atlanta, Georgia area. The move back was very bittersweet and I was worried that I would not find a home that compared to what I had left. Bethany Nartker listened to all my specifics of what I thought I wanted in my new home and she quickly found it for me (in two days)! Bethany has been so professional, yet her friendly demeanor made me feel as if our relationship was one of a friendship also. Bethany's knowledge and expertise ensured that the purchase process was quick and flawless. She was always available to answer or respond to any questions or concerns I had. I am happy to be back in the Columbus' Ohio area and Bethany played a big role in that. I hope that I have the opportunity to recommend her to family or friends in the future.

I selected Bethany as my agent because she did such a great job selling my mother's house. So I knew she would be right for helping my fiance and I buy our first home. She helped us negotiate the winning contract that got us the house of our dreams! I am still a bit dumbfounded that we got our beautiful home! She was an excellent listener, very attentive and never missed a beat on any tiny detail. Additionally, she's kind, understanding and smart as a whip. You can't go wrong with having Bethany as your agent.

Bethany Nartker helped us with the sale of our home. We are so pleased with the outcome and feel it could not have gone better. Bethany was knowledgable, professional and helpful from start to finish. We are so glad we chose her to be our realtor.
