Ms. Nartker was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, excellent communicator and went above her call of duty. She made the process so easy during a stressful time for us. Would highly recommend her without reservation

This was our second home buying experience but first time working with Bethany and we felt so much more supported and guided through the process. Bethany was always accessible, very knowledgable and took the time to really understand what we wanted. She explained things very clearly and made well-informed suggestions throughout the entire process. Even after close, she helped us coordinate service appointments and followed up with the seller on questions we had. Although we have found our forever home, should we ever need a realtor again we would 100% choose to work with Bethany. She truly is the best in the business!

This was our first home buying experience and Bethany was incredibly helpful. We were referred by a friend who also purchased her home with Bethany. She explained things thoroughly, is very kind, communicated well, and answered our many questions. Bethany is very knowledgeable and works hard to help you find the right home. I would work with her again and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

We were in a tricky situation -- needing to sell our property at the exact right time to meet the strict timeline set forth by our new home builder. Bethany saved us! She helped us get our house ready and worked with us every step of the way to ensure we met our deadlines.

Bethany was amazing!! As first time home buyers we were totally reliant on her and she embraced that role and guided us through every step of the way. We truly couldn't have done it without her. We are so so thankful.

As first-time homebuyers, we walked into our first meeting with Bethany without any knowledge of the process. Walking out that first day, we had a better understanding, resources outlining the process, and confidence that Bethany would walk us through the process as it all happened. She was patient with all of our questions through the process, an excellent liaison to our lender to ask questions we didn't even know to ask, and without any stress or pressure in the process! We are now proud homeowners because of Bethany and would recommend her to any and everyone looking for a stress-free process. 10/10

Bethany is outstanding and did everything perfect. She got us a great result I will highly recommend Bethany to anyone. She was terrific
