Bethany should be the spokesperson for Coldwell Banker. She surpasses each category in excellence! Bethany was there for us every step of the way. Anytime I had a question or any doubts(which were many!), she was just a phone call or text away to provide answers or reassurance. Bethany stayed on top of and pursued the finance company when things came down to the wire just before closing. Although the process was stressful, Bethany handled everything and kept us informed throughout. She has earned our trust completely!! It was originally out of my hands when Bethany was “assigned” to help us. However I feel that she really listened to us and our requests. She didn’t complain once about us dragging her all over central Ohio! She was there every step of the way for us. She was vital in finding us our forever home. We met Bethany last Memorial weekend (2019), was in Columbus attending my grandson’s HS Graduation. My son took a chance and called Coldwell Banker/Upper King Thompson Arlington Office to see if we could meet with an agent as my husband and I were relocating in the Columbus Ohio area (lived in Cape Coral, Florida 22 yrs). Very professional at all times, even when we would go to an open house, you could tell how she respected other agents looking at the property as well, speak kindly and always knowledgeable. Bethany would get up into the attic space, look at all the appliances, furnace, water heater etc and make sure they were in good condition. There were a few instances that she would even make a call to check on furnace, AC etc. OUTSTANDING! We never had any agent take such great care of us. Such a relief! Bethany took extra time with my husband and I when it came time to the contracts to make sure we understood the process. Bethany even made us a to do list, and also a list with all the scheduled events, dates and closing. Such a help for us as we are in our 70’s. Thank YOU, Bethany! Our experience with Bethany was absolutely a very good one. She was with us every step of the way-- and was always quick to respond to anything we needed. We highly recommend her to family/ friends. Bethany has become a true friend and trusted advisor during the process of buying and selling our homes. She did an amazing job of meeting both my wife's expectations and my own in finding a new home. As somewhat picky buyers, we had high expectations to find the home that we wanted at a reasonable price, and within somewhat specific areas of Columbus. Given the state of the market, we found many we liked, but realized we were stretching the budget to get there. Bethany's passion for her clients was clear to us from the beginning. As busy, working parents of a toddler we needed someone with efficiency, care and patience.
