I would highly recommend Bette Grose!! The other Century 21 broker was going to put a lock box on the house with the keys so "ANY" broker could show the house. I did not like that idea at all and didn't go with them. I called Bette and she said everytime the house would be shown she would be right there on site. That means a lot which is why I went with Bette. Almost everytime I called Bette she answered the phone which means so much! When she didn't answer, because she was busy, I left a message and she would call me right back or text me instantly to when she would be able to call me back. Communication was great! If you want a broker, in Montana, to sell your house or land or a broker to help you find a house or land then look no further than Bette Grose!

Bette Gross has always been a pleasure to work with. She communicated clearly and promptly on all of the buyer caused delays. We have used Bette's agency for two property sales and are considering using her for a future sale.
