Bill was great. He is very knowledgeable in home sales and priced my house at a competitive rate that I was happy with and was able to sell my house in 4 days! Bill is personable, trustworthy, patient, and understanding of what we wanted in selling our house. He provided sound advice and suggestions on what would make our house sell and it worked. I have recommended Bill to my family and we'll definitely keep in touch. If you're looking for someone to sell your house, Bill is your guy!

Bill Erdman is a great realtor. He is knowledgeable, trustworthy, dependable, patient, and is always available when you need him. He really did his best to make us feel comfortable, never pressured, and walked us through the entire process so we can find the right house for us. That's why I have recommended him to my parents and in-laws who will be selling and buying soon.

Trustworthy and had answers for my questions. He spent a lot of time with us before we found the right home. Thanks again

Bill's history of strong performance and long time familiarity with the neighborhood were definite factors used when choosing Bill as our agent. However, equally important, was our impression after meeting Bill at our introductory meeting. He felt like an honest and trustworthy person too. We could not have been more pleased by our selection. Bill was prompt, courteous, reliable, and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure working with Bill, and our outcome was highly successful.

Bill is very professional and approachable. He's extremely knowledgable about all aspects of the buying and selling process, and always has his clients best interests at heart. Bill is also very trustworthy, which is extremely important when it comes to making an important financial decision. I would definitely recommend Bill to my family and friends.

Bill is familiar with our neighborhood, it's value and what people are looking for. This helped to sell our house to the first person who looked at it! Bill is a down to earth, all around nice guy to deal with.

Bill is very knowledgeable and because we weren't very experienced in home buying, I felt comfortable relying on his advise.
