My husband and I were realtors about 15 years ago. We had transactions with Bill when we were in the business 30 years ago. Bill was just starting out in being a realtor at that time. At this time of our lives when needing to sell after 30 yrs. of living here, out of all the realtors we knew, Bill was the first broker that came to our minds. Bill worked our area all of his career, so we never questioned his expertise. Bill felt our property was unique and even though we wanted top dollar he was up for the challenge. Within 2 weeks we received an offer that was just what we were looking for. Bill made history in McKinley for the highest priced 3 flat! It will help the area appreciate in value! I hope this will get him more listings for a job well done!

I have known Bill and his family most of my life. I knew I could trust him to do a great job.
