Bill was great to deal with in selling an older revenue property in the Inglewood area of Edmonton. Bill is very personable and knowlegable about older houses and infill development in the area. In addtion to providing excellent general real estate agent duties Bill also went above and beyond his duties by regularily checking on the property and cutting the grass. This level of service was highly appreciated as I do not live in Edmonton. In the final negotiations with the buyer Bill was also excellent at providing solid guidance and ensuring that the sale was both clean and timely.
