Bill made me feel good about the property I was trying to sell.. The other agents did not. Bill was very enthusiastic and kept me up to date on all happenings. Also when I left the house for BC there was a problem with a leaky shutoff valve. Bill came every day to empty the container until the 14 days were up. Bill also let the buyer know what was happening with the water problem. In the end everything turned out fine because of Bill's genuine caring personality. I would deal with Bill again if needed as he did an excellent job explaining everything to me. I cannot find fault at all. Bill was very patient with me over one matter which I could not remember doing. Bill just kept on letting me rant and rave until I realized I was wrong. All of a sudden I remembered what I had done. I felt terrible about the whole thing as I was certainly in the wrong. Bill handled the whole situation very well.

It was very important to my husband and I that we have a broker/agent that understands that we had very little knowledge on the home buying process, we required someone that could clearly explain each step that was necessary from making an offer to a possession date.
