Bill Hoban was wonderful dealing with our Mother and making sure she understood everything that was going on and took the time on many occasions to go to her house(was very nice having him only 3 miles from her)to explain things(same thing more than once)as well very quick with answering our questions and very communitive. Explained to other brokers of her not wanting to leave the house while showing and those brokers as well were great understanding that. Very pleasant gentleman and highly recommend.
