Bill is an outstanding realtor. Very knowledgeable, attentive, creative and trustworthy. He's among the best.

Thank you Bill!!!

Bill and Clem were outstanding to work with. They marketed the property well and sold it in three days. They are the best. I couldn't recommend them more.

Bill is a pleasure to work with. Great local knowledge and an excelent understand of all things that go into the purchase of a home. On top of that, Bill is always energetic and upbeat!

I highly recommend Bill Underdown as he is very professional and personable. Bill has a long, positive record of being a top realtor in the Saugatuck/Douglas area. He has excellent experience and ability to network with all other realtors in area. He is creative in marketing and committed to meeting and exceeding client expectations. He shares his knowledge in a way that provides comfort and assurance you made the right choice in selecting him as your realtor.

Bill and Clem are a perfect team! Very aware of our preferences. Provided the insights we needed to find the perfect home. Very responsive and accessible -- which is very important in this fast-moving market. Pretty sure we would not have gotten this beautiful forever-home had they not been available to us quickly, and able to keep the deal moving forward. Highly highly recommend!

Having worked with Bill previously on the purchase of this same home I knew he would be the perfect person to help me sell it. Bill is not only extremely professional and knowledgeable he's very easy to work with. The whole process from beginning to end was a little over a month and I would work with Bill again if I'm ever in the market to buy or sell.

If you want to buy or sell a house locally, Bill Underdown is your guy. I have sold two houses and bought three houses with Bill in the last 3 years. He is the calming force one needs when one is dealing with purchasing real estate. He makes the process seemless. Bill is one of the top if not THE top realtor in the area for a reason. I highly recommend Bill Underdown if you are looking for a pleasant experience.

Bill Underdown is a true professional. He worked closely with us, helping us to find the perfect property. His patience with a challenging seller was admirable. Bill has an in depth knowledge of the community and demonstrated superb interpersonal skills in helping to negotiate a deal for us. And is genuinely great person. We couldn't have asked for a better experience - we were in good hands throughout the process.

I have worked with numerous real estate professionals through the years, both residential and commercial. I can say with confidence that Bill Underdown is the best realtor that I have ever worked with. He knows his market, knows his customers and is creative in solving problems and closing deals, all while fostering relationships that transcend real estate. I would now consider him a friend.
