I thought Bill worked really hard to present and sell this very unique property. He had beautiful photographs taken and then promoted them on various web sites to generate interest. He held a number of open houses to allow interested parties a chance to see them in person. He effectively negotiated with the buyers any areas of their concern after inspections and those were quickly remedied. The closing was complicated because I was out of town and had limited access to signing all the required papers in a timely manner but Bill was able to find a way to ensure that the closings happened successfully. Bill did an outstanding job with the planning, promotion and selling of this unique set of properties. At all times he was a complete professional. What I was particularly impressed with was the fact that this property went through multiple offers before its final sale and each time even though a particular offer was pending Bill was already busy working on alternative options should for any reason that the pending offer fall through.
