Very easy to work with. Conscientious and thorough.

There simply aren't enough wonderful phrases I could use to describe our experience with Billee Silva when buying our new home. We knew from our very first meeting with Billee that she was exactly who we were looking for in a real estate agent. She listened to our needs and presented homes that filled them. Billee came well prepared and was knowledgeable regarding the neighborhoods we were shown. Her attention to detail was exceptional; she noticed and pointed out details that could be of possible concern in some homes, as well as pointing out upgrades that made each home unique and desirable. She answered all of our questions and was quick to get back to us if a question needed further investigation. When we were ready to make an offer, Billee advised us of the true market value of similar homes in the area and what they had sold for. Her assistance in helping us negotiate was invaluable, which resulted in the purchase of a beautiful house we now call “home”.
