Our experience with Billie was on the spur of the moment and she accommodated us to ITV the utmost grace and patience. Luckily she had shown a property that she said we would love when the properties we wanted to see were not available the day and times we were in town. this closing was a mess, through no fault of Billie's...finally closed almost 4 weeks after the original closing date, but Billie was thorough, patient, and saw to it that we finally closed...even 6 hours away, Billie was outstanding in representing us as buyers and we could not have been more pleased...she went above and beyond, meeting with people when we couldn't be there in person, looked out for us, and even after closing has followed up with us to see how we are doing.
