I work in the trades and as such, I deal with a lot of realtors. What impressed me the most about Blair was the way she treated her clients especially, even more so after the sale closed. When we used her services she was amazing. Found us the right house for us in our preferred neighborhood, and for a good price. At a couple of times, we were not entirely sure if our financing would go through. Blair was very patient and kept the lines of communications open with the seller. The home inspection revealed a potential HVAC problem. Blair was very diligent and made an arrangement so we could bring in a plumber to further investigate the issues. Needless to say, we got the house, the HVAC was not a major issued and we could not be happier. Blair is our realtor for all foreseeable transactions and would strongly recommend her to anyone in the market to buy or sell a house.
