I never felt my listing had been placed on the back burner or neglected in any way. When it became apparent from feedback that the price was a bit heavy and no offers had been made in the first week, Blair suggested lowering it to attract offers. I needed to sell the house within 8 weeks, so time was of the essence. She always communicated quickly and efficiently regarding showings of the house, feedback from potential buyers, and any concerns that arose.
