Blanche was always very helpful, she made sure to communicate any concerns she may have had. She is very knowledgeable of the area. She also knows a lot of importance details that make buying a house enjoyable! I would recommend Blanche thornhill for your home purchasing needs.

We appreciated working with Blanche and her helpfulness. Hard buying out of state but no issues with the help and knowledge of our realtor. Would recommend.

B.lanche is honest and very knowledgeable about village property will use again if needed. very fine sale Blanche goes beyond call of duty to sell

Blanche is a very good realtor. Very knowledgeable in real estate and the area. However, she was very disappointed that we didn’t follow-through and build on the lot she sold us and then resold. I could hear it in her tone. Our circumstances changed. I would readily work with her again. She did go the extra mile showing us alternative properties. Dalen Heida Spencer, Iowa 12/30/2021
