Bob took the time to understand our needs and desires. Was instrumental in recommending tradesmen we utilized to prepare the home for sale. Make important contributions and suggestions to make the property atractive to potential buyers. Communicated frequently and kept us informed of all aspects of the sale. Was available and accessable when needed.

Bob, Was very helpful in the whole process. Offered great advice and worked to help move the process forward.
