Bob Kory was the only one in the running. I respect his knowledge and expertise in the real estate area. He is calm and reassuring as he guides you through the process. He points out things you don't even know to ask about. He wants you to be happy with the home you select and skillfully works with the seller's agent to find the best package for all parties. He is always available to listen to your questions and offers contacts to assist with repairs once you are in your new home. I can not say enough good things about Bob. He is a true professional. We were able to close in about 10 days. This could not have happened without Bob's skill and knowledge of the process. Bob is the best.
