Bob was so very helpful

Bob was great to work with. He listened to my wants and needs and helped me through the whole process. If I had questions, he answered them immediately. I would definitely recommend Bob to anyone looking for a property.

As a first time buyer I was very thankful for his help throughout the sale.

Working with Bob took so much of the stress out of the equation. He constantly looked out for our best interests and helped guide us through the selling process. Everything was made simple, efficient, and easy to understand. We loved working with Bob and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a quick, easy process that focuses on what you want to get out of buying/selling. A

Bob was great to work with, could call him anytime and he would answer.

Bob was wonderful. He's was sick to respond, willing to fulfill any need to the best of his ability. He even helped me perform some manual labor at the property I wanted so my loan would be approved. He went above and beyond.

Working with Bob Shannon was an absolute privilege. He was very professional as well as down to earth. When we got discouraged, he kept us on track and made sure he addressed all of the things we were looking for. If we ever decide to sell and purchase again, Bob Shannon will be my first call. We will be recommending him to everyone we know.

It was great to have Bob as our realtor, he has a lot of experience and patience with the process of buying a home. Will definitely use him when we're ready to sell our home.

Bob was very helpful in helping us secure our long term home that we knew we had to have! Since I am a first time homebuyer, he was very patient and walked me through each step of the process, what to expect, and getting it closed. Very much appreciate all of his help in this process.
