Bob was patient, flexible and very accommodating. Bob responded timely to all questions and made every effort to help tour a listing with short notice.

Bob was good to work with, returned calls promptly and gave valuable advice. I appreciate the time Bob took to understand my particular situation and to ensure the process went as smoothly as possible. He understood the priorities of someone with multiple pets, and that meant a lot. I basically only dealt with Bob, but the office was lovely the one time we used the conference room. Very nice.

Bob Shannon did a great job as noted in the following Had been a patient of my husband and known to be responsible, with pleasant outgoing personality. Extremely hardworking, encouraging and always ready to pitch in and help. We are very grateful for his help through a process that can be drudgery and confusing. All of the above, Bob even helped with our elderly dog when I was out of town and my husband’s schedule did not allow him to let the dog out during the day. Bob was very accommodating with his time and his kindness. Very solid company with many, widespread avenues for advertising. Sometimes frustrated during process of selling our large unique home but Bob stayed closely involved, keeping our spirits up!

Bob Shannon was extremely helpful in finding a house that fit our needs. He was very adamant on finding the “right” house for us. His response time was great and we were kept up to speed on all of the details as soon as he had information for us. He made the process very easy for us and was willing to answer any questions we had as this was our first home purchase. His kindness and patience was exactly what we needed. I highly recommend Bob Shannon!

Bob was incredibly kind and accessible. He never made me feel foolish for my lack of knowledge and was great to work with!
