We worked with Bonnie Fint about 17 years ago to sell our first home. This time we were the buyers. It is our experience as both the seller and buyer that Bonnie is a professional in her field who gets the job done. It was a pleasure working with her; and we look forward to calling on her again for future real estate needs. We highly recommend Bonnie to anyone who is looking to buy or sell property. Thank you Bonnie Fint and CENTURY 21 Simpson & Associates for another terrific experience. Your service is exceptional and effective!

Excellent service. Very satisfied

Bonnie knows the local market extremely well and guided us through this process with patience and professionalism.

She's amazing! We had previously bought another house off Bonnie Fint and when we decided to sell this one we had no doubts about who to call. Frankfort's Top Realtor and Frankfort's Finest!

Everyone we asked said contact Bonnie Fint to sell our house! Really couldn't ask for a better agent than Bonnie Fint. We had a contract on the house in 3 days!
