My wife and I relocated to Vancouver and I found Bonnie through Instagram. Not only was she so friendly the first time we spoke, but she was so knowledgeable and found the perfect lender as well. Her advice on potential improvements, staging, photography and timing was first rate, and had everything to do with the successful sale. Bonnie is fabulous. I have already recommended her to two potential sellers. Bonnie made it easy, quick and painless, which is exactly what you want in selling your home of 33 years. I only wish we had known about her before we purchased our new home.
