I never met Jeanette, but Brad is a very sweet person. It was very easy to talk to him about my expectations and he tried his best to accomidate any last minute adjustments that had to be made throughout the process.

They were amazing to work with! They are the reason we were able to buy the house of our dreams!!!

Brad and Jeanette displayed outstanding qualities as realtors and we were exceptionally pleased. Brad always was professional, personable, and demonstrated high integrity. Being new to the experience of selling our house that we owned for forty years, Brad explained the details of the process to us and answered any questions we had in a very efficient and patient manner. We always felt that we was looking out for our best interests when he represented us. Brad's many years in the real estate business were demonstrated by his expertise and knowledge he shared with us during each stage of the our house selling journey. We would highly recommend having Brad as one's realtor and Jeanette's skills with the paperwork and organizational aspects of the sale were appreciated and valued as well. After having Brad and Jeanette as your realtors, you feel as though you have gained good friends! If there is a realtor's award, Brad Dilley would certainly deserve to be recognized for such an honor!

Brad and Jeanette took excellent care of all aspects of the sale from listing to closing

Brad was extremely helpful as a realitor. I have been expressing to friends and family how grateful we are to have found Brad through a friend. He kept us from purchasing some homes that we would have ended up not happy in, and he helped us get the best deal possible. I would definitely use Brad again in the future, and believe he did an excellent job as our realitor

Brad went above and beyound both as the buying agent fifteen years ago and then again as the selling agent for the sale of my home this time. When selling my home I never considered another agent. I had numerous issues surrounding the sale and Brad was always there to do what was needed to make me aware of the situation, to make me feel comfortable and to sell the home. Brad is consistantly a first class person and a first class reality agent.

Working with Brad & Jeanette Dilley made selling my home very easy and I had 1000% confidence they were always working and looking out for my best interest. Working with Brad & Jeanette far exceeded my expectations and certainly made my life easier because I had absolutely no worries or concerns during the whole process. Very professional to work with, honest, personable and knowledgeable with how to price a home at a good fair price (but profitable) for the seller. I would highly recommend Brad & Jeanette Dilley as your agent.
