Brad and Jeanette Dilley were the reason the condo sold so quickly! Their experience and insight far exceeded our expectations. Our association doesn't allow signs to be put up ie: for sale or open house. But the Dilleys found a way with a great description in the listing and balloons out front to make the open house a success and generated the sale we were hoping for! I would not just use them again , I wouldn't use anyone else!
