The best agent I ever had by more then a mile

Thank you EVERYONE! For comparison, I’d bought a house back in 2016 (sold in 2018) and it was one of the most difficult transactions ever. It was a HUD home so that was part of it but the realtor, the broker, everyone I seemed to deal with was either hard to get ahold of, or elusive in their answers to different questions. I had 3 different closing dates and had to sign paperwork twice. Needless to say, I won’t be using them anymore. This was not the case here. This team is nothing like anything I've ever experienced. They are a well oiled machine and every cog runs smoothly. From the start Brad Harper, Peter Lopez, and Nicol Wolkowicz have been wonderful. They all answered every question we had quickly and completely without complaint (sorry Peter and Brad for the late night phone calls). I spent a lot of time talking with Nicol during this process, and Nicol, you are the sweetest most amazing person! Thank you for everything. You deserve all the best in the world. Veronica and Luis I know we didn’t converse much but I know you both had a lot of work pushing paperwork and making sure everything was complete.
