Brad Harper came as a recommendation from a friend and we could not be more pleased. The housing market today requires a quick and keen eye which Brad Harper was able to provide allowing us to secure our dream home! Brad was thoughtful, intentional and had excellent communication. As first time homebuyers we were unsure of what to expect or do. Brad was able to walk us through every step of the process ensuring our understanding and celebrating with us in the end! We are so thankful for Brad Harper and his team!

Brad Harper is very knowledgeable and always has a great game plan of attack. He's very upfront and realistic. Very easy to get ahold of and very reassuring. He has a great way of making the whole experience very personable and makes you feel like your his only customer. But he somehow is balancing several others along with all the other thing's he does. I don't know how he does it. But we have been extremely grateful how smooth and exciting he has made the whole experience. I already have and will continue to recommend Brad for anyone looking. We are excited for future transactions with Brad!

I enjoyed working with Brad and his team. They were professional, knowledgeable about the neighborhoods I showed interest, and always happy to assist with answers if I had inquiries. Thank you for your time and patience. I will definitely share the good works I have experienced during this entire process. If I need further assistance in the future, I will be sure to call Brad and his team!

Having Brad for an agent was very calming for my wife and I. We explained that we were looking for an agent that we could trust to handle everything cause we were getting ready to hit the highway. Brad told us no problem that he had done it before. Was very through in explaining how how we could do almost everything online. Brad actually went over and beyond to help us. Helped me plan out what we needed to do to get the most from our house. When anyone ever asks me for a great and far realtor we will definitely put Brads name and Century 21 North Homes Realty right out there to use first. Thanks Brad you made our life easier and happier. Dennis and Christina Crabb Just can’t say enough about Brad. He was a giant help in the sell of our home. Always letting us know exactly what was happening and when it was happening. Thank you Brad. Always there when I had any kind of questions small or big. You are a beautiful
