Brad was always there to answer any questions along the way. He definitely knows the tacoma market and the surrounding areas. He kept me in the loop in all aspects of this purchase. I felt comfortable with asking him questions and he always gave me an answer I could understand. When purchasing a house it can be very anxiety provoking. I appreciate Brad's quick responses to all my questions. He never made me feel like I was bothering him. I also spoke with Angie who is very professional and knowledgable. He has a very good team. I would recommend Brad to anyone selling or buying a house. He is professional but approachable, knowledgable and looks after you. He constantly kept me in the loop. Absolutely LOVED Angie Dyson and Brad! What a great team! Angie went above and beyond and Brad was there every step of the way. He really knows the ins and outs! We felt like we could put 100% of our trust in them and so, we did. And, we were coming from out of state! I can't emphasize enough of how great they were!

I can't say enough good things about Brad and his team. I knew Brad wasn't going to make a lot of money working with me, we were buyers looking in the mid-300's, but he treated me and my needs as a top priority. This was my first time going through the home buying process, and I had a lot of preconceived ideas about what my real estate agent/broker would be like. I was wrong. Brad never pressured me, was always open and honest, he talked straight, and ensured that my needs where always met. Additionally, Brad was able to negotiate a full refund of my earnest money on a property that I wasn't able to secure funding for. And, he negotiated the seller to take on a portion of our closing costs when the home we did purchase was appraised a little lower than we expected.
