This was my first home buying experience, however in it, I met way more people than I thought I would. In shopping around with different banks for a loan they all wanted me to work with their own agents, so I did end up talking to multiple. Of everyone throughout this process Brad was the only person that I considered to be working at a 120% capacity for me. I would like to explain that a bit. I was lucky in that the people I worked with to buy my home everyone was a professional, and anyone that I was uncomfortable with I was able to choose not to work with. Of the multitude of professionals through this process Brad was the only one that seemed to be able to tell the future. At first it just seemed like he was used to a few potential outcomes, but by the end of things his experience with everything gave him the ability to call out how things would go. Brad was great to work with! Advised us on possible future cons of properties we looked at and was always available when needed. We learned a lot with our first home purchase with Brad. Seller turned out to be a dirtbag. Took doors off and light fixtures that were there when we first looked at the property and vegetation around property had overgrown. Brad did his best to help remedy the situation which he didn't have to do but we will definitely be on our toes with our next purchase.
