Brad handled the closing terms with the owner that resulted in their having the time needed to arrange their move out of the house. He handled some scheduling problems involving the owner's realtor that were successfully resolved. He worked well with our local family members who acted in our interest with inspection and other matters. We think that Brad did an exceptionally good job in handling our purchase of this home under less than optimum circumstances (our being in a distant location).
