If there was a mark higher than "excellent" I would have selected that. We trusted Brad who was very approachable, patient, helpful, and was always available. We have since referred him to other friends & family and if we purchase again, we will definitely go back to Brad. It was a smooth process and it was clear Brad knew the process and the local market.
