Brad helped us get our first home and went to many houses that we chose to look at. He was patient with us being picky and excellent in explaining the description of each location. His recommendation for lawyer and broker were amazing too!

We had a fantastic experience working with Brad while purchasing our home! From start to finish, he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. He also connected us with an amazing mortgage broker and home inspector, which made the entire process so much easier and less stressful. We truly appreciated his guidance, professionalism, and support throughout such an exciting milestone in our lives. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would highly recommend Brad to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

We are absolutely please on how professional and attentive Brad Walker was on helping us find a our beautiful home. As out of town buyers we relied heavily on deep knowledge of the Airdrie area/market. Brad listened to our must haves and didn't waste time in homes that didn't fit. He was always communicating with us on new listings and answered any questions or concerns. When we were ready to put an offer Brad helped us every step of the way and we were pleased with the outcome. Brad was super easy to work with. From the moment we contacted him till the sale was completed, he was very efficient, proactive and his communication during was exceptional. Brad's local market knowledge helped us price our home right, and his negotiation skills brought us the right offer. He kept us updated at every single step and handled all the stress behind the scenes. We will recommend Brad to our family and friends any day any time. Thank you for making the sale process seamless.

Brad's local knowledge made a world of difference! His understanding of the Airdrie market allowed him to give us a very precise evaluation of our property. The team that he assembled to work in preparing the house for the market is amazing too! The staging tips that we got from his "stager" and the professional photographer/videographer he used made a gigantic difference to make our house to stand out Ina competitive buyers market. Brad was always willing to hold open house events to make the property more noticed in the market. If I ever need to hire a real estate agent again, Brad would be the first one I would call.

I had been following Brads socials for years after initially moving to Airdrie and noticing his local community posts with stats about the neighborhood. We knew we wanted to build our next house and when we were ready, we met up with Brad to put things in motion. From the start Brad outlined everything to expect. He has a deep knowledge and understanding of the Airdrie market and was not only able to assist us with our new build purchase but to secure an excellent sale timeline of our first home. It was crucial for us to be priced properly and to lock in a sale/possession timeline for our family and Brad made sure these things were kept in mind. His team kept us in the loop, outlined next steps, hosted an open house, did all the necessary photography and videography to a professional level and we were very satisfied with the work they did. Any friends or family we have that mention needs of a realtor, I share Brads contact information. Thanks for looking after us!
