My initial contact with Brad Walker was through email and he answered any questions I had about looking for a house. He set up a portal with my sister's and my requirements for a home immediately. My first actual meeting with him was via FaceTime because the lockdown had just started and we could not meet at a coffee shop. He was very friendly and professional and did not mind when my granddaughter interrupted our chat to bring me "coffee." Then -also due to Covid- he arranged and managed a video viewing of several houses with both me and my sister. He was very understanding about the sudden poor economic situation we found ourselves in due to the drop in investments. Once things began to be on track again, Brad made appointments for viewings quickly and let me know ASAP about houses that were conditionally sold before I had a chance to look at them! he has a great eye for detail and noticed many things that I didn't when viewing the house. His comments were factual and he explained about requirements for houses to pass inspection or qualify for home insurance. Brad also made us a video for a house when I was unable to get to Airdrie in a timely fashion. That is true dedication!! When we made the offer, he had the documents to us in under an house, we signed digitally etc. He received a counter offer and again quickly got the documents to us. Since I was driving home, he called me to let me know he had sent the counter offer docs through email. He arranged the house inspection with an excellent inspector and was professional throughout! It has been 32 years since I bought a house and at that time I did not use a realtor. Brad Walker took me through the process every step of the way and made this a great experience. He also listened to me ramble on about my kids and grandkids and managed to talk with both my sister (video calls) and me through all our ramblings. He was quick to respond to communication and very adaptable my schedule! Throughout all of this time Brad Walker remained, professional, friendly and helpful!!
