Brad Walker was exceptionally helpful and responsive. Despite a 7 hour time difference I felt like my questions were answered quickly. He went out of his way to ensure we could see houses despite lockdown and distance. And got our offer accepted quickly, got the inspection arranged and everything finalised so quickly. Brad Walker is by far the most knowledgeable realtor I have spoken to (and I have interviewed many!); not only does he know the local market but he knows real estate numbers in general. He won't just tell you what you want to hear, he will tell you facts after taking the time to review actual numbers and the current market you are dealing with. He has your back when you are negotiating offers and I don't doubt his instincts for a second. I will hands down sell with Brad if I ever have to sell again!

Brad is the man. Let me just start with that. I messaged him on short notice about this listing we were interested in and within 24hours we had a showing booked. Within 20minutes after the showing Brad had put our offer in and within 12hours we were conditionally sold. He fought for us and our price range and got it right where we needed it to be.
