Brad managed to stage, list and sell our property in a month and a half. It wasn’t the easiest of sales either as it was a rental. He sincerely cares about his clients and in my opinion goes above and beyond. He is extremely knowledgeable about the Airdrie market and has many ideas on how to sell your home. Because of Brad’s comprehensive marketing plan and his support in advising me how to get it ready for listing, this house exploded onto the market and had showings booked before it was officially listed...the activity was incredible. We had 2 offers within 48 hours of listing and Brad helped expertly negotiate them...even thought they didn’t pan out...he totally worked hard to get the third offer to where I wanted/needed it to be...working with the other realtor to show the value of the house.
