Brad went above and beyond. I am out of province, and he helped out with some cleanup, let in contractors for repairs, recommended good contractors to do some repairs, and even cut the grass on the property. Would recommend Brad to anyone.

I have received Brad's market reports for years now and I am impressed with the amount of research and engagement he does. His understanding of how to reach the buyers and sellers makes the difference between a good and bad realtor. We are very happy with his handling of the sale of our house.

It was a pleasure to work with Brad. He understood my situation and was intent on selling the home to the right buyer for the appropriate pricing. His care and attention to everything made the selling process much easier. I would definitely recommend him for anyone who needs a Realtor!

We selected Brad due to his Airdrie real estate market updates on Facebook. He really knows the city and has in-depth knowledge of both residential and commercial real estate markets and happenings. Brad's use of video tours was one of the main reasons our home sold while others in the same condo complex remained on the market, unsold. He also helped guide us in properly pricing our home for the current market conditions as well as with negotiations with the buyer. I'm certain that with Brad's assistance, we got as much as we could have from our sale. He also was instrumental in helping us negotiate the price on the new home we bought after selling our current (at the time) one. I would not hesitate to work with brad again if we ever need to buy or sell property, and would gladly recommend him to anyone who needs a realtor, whether in Airdrie or anywhere else.

I've been watching the market for a few years, one day I stumbled upon Brad's instagram and I enjoyed watching his content. I really appreciated that he was updating the community on all things in Airdrie. So I thought he would make a great realtor and I was right. From our first point of contact, right through to receiving the keys to our new home, Brad was very communicative, knowledgeable, good vibes, punctual and thoughtful. I would definitely recommend him. Thank you again Brad!

Brad was a large part of why we were able to enjoy the experience of buying a house. In his capable hands we knew we had nothing to worry about.
