Brad was very knowledgeable and equally responsive regarding anything to do with the sale of the house

Brad has been thoroughly encouraging, supportive and understanding throughout our home burying process. Brad helped us with great recommendations during the process. Brad kept us centered on our purchase goals and also educated us on several aspects of our first home purchase. We look forward to this partnership with our future similar ventures and no hesitation saying that Brad was not just our Realtor but we gained a "friend"! Thank you Brad...!

Helpful text message discussions. The Matrix portal was very helpful in keeping track of the all the options. Greatly appreciated that Brad Walker works on weekends. I was not expecting to find a property with it being the holiday 2023 season. When the property showed up Brad Walker immediately had a viewing showed up and an offer was in that evening. Great work throughout the entire process!

Brad made purchasing our home seamless and as stress-free as possible.

Brad is a total pro. Very instamental on getting this deal done. He was quick to respond to inquires, He kept us informed of any changes as soon as he could, I will be using Brad for future listings.
