I have been following Brad on you tube and FB for a few years. When we decided to move we didnt think twice about who we were going to use Brad is 10 star in everything he does!!!!!

We found Brad on an internet search and watched his video. We are from BC and we're looking to buy a condo in Cochrane and had no idea who to use. Something about Brads voice and message seemed honest and trustworthy so I gave him a call, explained what we were looking for, sent him a few links to property and made a plan to travel there and see as many as we could in 1.5 days and head home. Brad was Johnny on the spot and made a viewing plan and met us in Cochrane. He was very open and honest and gave good advice. We did not see anything we liked on that trip but narrowed down to areas and condo complexes... Brad set us up on his listings notification ap and we kept watching until one came up that we felt was right. We contacted him fairly late and asked if he could go the next day and video call the unit with us. He said no problem and set it up. He did the call and answered lots of questions and we put in an offer. It was first day on market and it went to multiple offers so he walked us through that process and gave us pros and cons and we made our offer and boom it was accepted. It has not stopped there.
